Not bad, huh? And still doing well!
I even made an appointment with my regular doctor to take better care of myself. I need a mammogram, I need to better regulate my estrogen, and I need to address my sleep problems.
Go me.
I used to be hot. Now I'm twenty-five pounds overweight. I'm trying to figure out what happened so that I can fix the problem at its core. It's different from dieting, though if I get it right, weight loss should be a pleasant side effect. Read my story.
